On the morning of the storm’s breach, Clark Kent had to SWIM down the street to his aunt’s house—which had two floors unlike most of the houses in the Lower Ninth. Then it took 3 days for anyone to show up. So Clark got to watch the bodies of his neighbors bubble up and float by for 72 hours without food or water. Cool country, America…
