Crosses by Matthew Henri (Oct. 29th)

Matthew Henri designer of Free Gold Watch is having a solo art show this Friday.  Bridging the gap between art, religious iconography, and utilitarian functionality.  Matthew Henri is constructing a series of crosses with prints used in his new SS 2011 clothing collection;  also launching this Friday.  The crosses are printed on six 16″ inch wooden panels and with hinges the crosses can be folded into perfectly usable cubes. Matthew has had a life long fascination with imagery used in the occults; especially imagery used in Mexican botanicas. There will be catering, music, and free beer; as well as the premier of a Super 8MM film feature entitled Run. Devil. Run. -directed by Matthew Henri and Oliver Maxwell Kupper.

A few months back, Medicine Agency shot photos for Matthew Curry’s LABZ/Speck iPhone Case – talented artist/our good friend Kelly Allen modeled for the pictures.
