Much Ado About Lebowski (Update)
The Dude is back and he’s in iambic pentameter. SF Indie and The Primitive Screwheads present Much Ado About Lebowski – The Big Lebowski as written by Shakespeare. The show will run at Cell Space (2050 Bryant at 18th) June 24-27, then will move to the Off Market Theater July 9-10, 16-17. White Russians start at 7, show starts at 8.
JULY 1st UPDATE: PICS FROM THE SHOW
When our good friend Pete “The Knave” Lynch told us he would be starring in Much Ado About Lebowski, the adaptation of an adaptation of a parody of a farce, well quite frankly, we were expecting a shit show. But last Saturday we were pleasantly surprised to fall upon this fiercely funny Cohen and Shakespearian hybrid. It was clever, well written and performed, an all around entertaining evening. Did I mention they served white russians? Big shot out to Pete Lynch for making the Dude, or in this case, the Knave, look so cool, man.

Meds’ up and coming video artist Jesse Meeker is at it again, this time with a music video for his one-man-band single “KISS ME.” Jesse wrote and recorded this song by himself, as well as directed/edited this sensually shocking music video.
