Day19 “Summer Close” at Meds September 19th

Jeremy and Claire Weiss are a husband-and-wife photographic team, internationally known as Day19. Their work confuses what can be viewed as fine-art, commercial or snapshot photography, with some of their greatest shots living a life as each of the above and holding up to the same quality as their large body of work. For the past 8 years, they’ve been living and working in Los Angeles. Their well-documented son, Eli, recently joined the crew and can be seen amongst stories of life and work on their blog at day19.com.

Their clients include: Converse, Smirnoff, Nokia, Wieden + Kennedy, EA Sports, XBox, McCann Erickson, Rockstar Games, Citibank, DirecTV, Deutsch, Capitol Records, Interscope Records, MySpace.com, Gnarls Barkley, L’Uomo Vogue, Another Magazine, Antenna, Nylon, V MAN, Elle, Rolling Stone and Spin to name a few.

While it’s been a busy year for the duo (plus Eli), they’re stopping through San Francisco to show a set of photographs in the spirit of Summer at the gallery of Medicine Agency (1262 Mason Street, San Francisco) on Saturday, September 19th.

Our doors will be open at 7pm with drinks provided by Amp and Belvedere, until about 11pm.
